Provenance and site: Panticapaeum (Kerch), Bosporus, 4th–5th century

 

A Gothic-influenced Greco-Roman one-piece fibula. Silver-plated bronze, glass bow studded with coloured glass paste pearls in bronze settings and embellished with hanging chain pendants.
